This section displays entrance features Empire Masonry has installed all over Northern Virginia.  When you enter a community these masonry entry walls, signs and piers are the first things to catch your eye and must be constructed professionally and beautifully.

This entrance feature is located on route 1 in Woodbridge, Virginia.  It is constructed with concrete footers, solid 8" masonry block walls and veneered with Ashlar cut Eagle Ridge building stone.  There are many stone columns with precast caps.  We are very proud of this masonry project.

Here is another wonderful blend of how stone, brick and precast can come together beautifully with the design and craftsmanship. This project has special blended mortar to give it a antique colonial type of look.  We are very proud of the final product and how this masonry design enhanced this natural landscape.  The landscaping rocks add beauty along with the stone bridge crafted by our experts.

This entrance feature located in Mount Vernon, Virginia is a master block and brick sign wall with a brick screen wall for privacy and noise reduction from the adjoining properties.  The brick screen wall has a brick rowlock cap atop a continuous brick soldier course.

This amazing project is located in Lorton, Virginia.  It is a brick sign wall with a brick planter retaining wall to enhance the masonry sign.  The brick piers are designed with a masonry watertable made of special cut brick shapes along with a special shaped precast cap.

In Haymarket, Virginia this brick sign wall was constructed with brick lattice work, brick masonry arches and several types of special shaped brick.  The amount of brick details are tremendous in thie masonry project.

This brick entrance feature is located in Manassas, Virginia.  It also has it's own special design.  As you can see it has a continuous oval brick arch rowlock around the precast sign.  Concrete footers and masonry block walls are the strength of this project.  It is then veneered with brick and special colonial tan mortar.
